To request a return, please email herspellsnyc@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your order, explaining the reason for your return. Once your request is approved, the item should be shipped back promptly. All returns must be sent in their original condition — unworn and unaltered. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, as prepaid labels are not provided.
